Our consulting, development, and engineering services are provided subject to specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. All technical delivery is handled with professional diligence and industry-best engineering practices.
All methodology, platform architecture, and proprietary assets developed by Edwyna Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a specific contractual agreement.
Client-provided data and proprietary materials remain the sole property of the client, protected under mutual confidentiality standards.
Edwyna Technologies operates as a professional consulting entity. While we strive for uncompromising excellence, our liability is limited to the professional services rendered as defined in individual project agreements. We are not liable for external factors beyond our immediate technical control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our professional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant legal territory.
